They are balanced and checked for out of roundness in the same rigorous way as in the car factory. This exclusive and high gloss wheel rim has been developed from a highly advanced requirement specification and has undergone an extensive and special manufacturing process. The process takes 16 hours per wheel rim and contains several meticulous quality control checks, anything that is imperfect is discarded. Polishing alone takes eight hours and is partly carried out manually. All to obtain the perfect and high gloss result in which one can see oneself. Each wheel rim has multiple layers of clear lacquer applied in order to provide the best possible protected surface before final inspection and approval for delivery.
